🕰️ How long does it take to process my order?

Most of our items are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your item ships.

🚚 What shipping methods do you use?

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on package size and location. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.

🌲 Where are your products made?

All products are designed, engraved, and packaged in our home studio in Sequim, Washington, inspired by the landscapes of Olympic National Park and the Pacific Northwest.

🎨 Can I customize my order?

Yes! Many of our products are customizable. Whether it's engraving a special date, location, or selecting icons for our “Favorite Things” keychain, customization options are clearly listed on each product page.

📦 Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Yes! You can request gift wrapping or include a custom gift note at checkout. It’s a great way to send a meaningful, personalized gift.

🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?

Non-personalized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customized items are final sale, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
